Healthy snacks provide essential nutrients that support fitness goals, offering sustained energy and aiding muscle recovery. They help maintain a balanced diet crucial for optimal performance and overall well-being
Here are the recipes :-
1. Rice cake sev puri: Recipe: Arrange the flat puri or papdi on a plate. Top up with chopped boiled potatoes cubes, onions, tomato. Add green and tamarind chutney .sprinkle chat masala, cumin powder ,black salt . Garnish with some sev and coriander leaves
2. Air popped popcorn: Heat up a deep kadhai/ cooker and add a spoon of oil , add corn kernels . keep on stirring at low flame until kernels start making a pop sound. Put a lid leaving some space for air to pass. Once the pop sound stop , your kernels are ready. You can add the seasoning of you choice.
3. Roasted Makhana.
4. Air fried / oven bakes sweet potato / potato fries: Cut the potato lengthwise , sprinkle some oil and seasoning of your choice. Bake or air fry them for 30-40 min.
5. Paneer sandwich / egg sandwich.
6. Chocolate peanut butter protein smoothies: 1 scoop chocolate whey protein + 1 spoon of peanut butter + 200 ml milk of your choice + 1 banana + 2 spoons oats.
7. Chickpea Salad.
