Roasted Chicken with Rice and Salad – Oye hoye kamaaal 😍

Ingredients:
150 grams Boneless Chicken thigh
100 grams of boiled rice.
20 grams Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp chicken masala, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp kasuri methi, 1/2 tsp turmeric, salt, and black pepper as per taste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup lettuce
1 cup kale
1 tomato (chopped)
5 grams salted peanuts
1/2 tbsp coleslaw (or any dressing of your choice)
Procedure:
1- In a bowl, add chicken, yogurt, garlic, spices, and lemon juice.
2- Mix well and bake at 420F for 30 minutes. Flip once if required.
3- In a bowl, add kale, lettuce, tomato.
4- Sprinkle some salt and black pepper.
5- Add lemon juice.
6- Add peanuts and coleslaw.
Your super delicious Roasted Chicken and Salad is ready. Serve hot with boiled rice.
