Patties:
– 500g Mince (I used 5% Beef Mince)
– 1 tsp Garlic Granules
– 1 tsp Salt
– 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
– 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Sauce:
– 100g Greek Yoghurt
– 45g Ketchup
– 1 tsp Vinegar (I used vinegar from pickle jar)

Other:
– 4 Wraps
– 2 Tomatoes
– Gherkins (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F / 160°C.
2. Add patty ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine. Divide into 4 and roll each portion into a ball then flatten to form patties. Place on a baking tray and create a dinple in the middle so they don’t shrink when baking – bake for 20 minutes flipping halfway. (you can also cook them in the air fryer, just keep an eye on them).
3. Combine sauce ingredients.
4. Add all fillings to a wrap and wrap them up as shown in the video. Wrap in foil or parchment paper.
