1 cup Pearl millet flour (Bajre Ka atta)
250 gm Fresh Fenugreek (Methi)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Ajwain
1 green Chilli
1 inch Ginger
4 Tsp Oil

Ingredients for Dal ka chilla (Serving 4-5)
1 cup Dhuli Moong ki dal (approx 200 gm)
1 bowl Spinach (approx 200 gm)
100 gm Fresh Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Ajwain
1 Green chilli
3-4 tsp oil

Ingredients for Beetroot Chilla (Serving 6-7)
Gream flour ( Besan ) – 1 cup
Beetrroots – 2
Green chillies – 1-2
Salt – As per taste
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 4-5 Tsp

Ingredients for Porridge Chilla (Serving 5-6)
Daliya (Porridge) – 1/2 Cup
Gram Flour – 1 Cup
Green Chillies – 2
Onion – 1
Bell Pepper – 1/2
Coriander Leaves – 25 Grams
Green Peas – 25 Grams
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1-2 tbsp
Bishop Seeds (Ajwain) – 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Sabut moong ka chilla (Serving 5-6)
Whole moong – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 1
Green chilli – 1
Garlic – 5-6 cloves
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Frozen corn – 50 gm
Paneer – 50 gm
Coriander leaves – 50 gm
Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 3-4 tbsp

1 cup wheat flour
1/2 Bottle gourd
1Green chilli
small piece ginger

1/2 tsp salt
