Crispy Bhindi 🏡🏡
Welcome back to Episode 2 of Ghar ka khana. Bhindi or lady’s finger is my fav vegetable. So my mom would make these crispy bhindi, where she would finely chop it and deep fry till golden & crispy. This required a lot of patience and time. But today I am sharing the same recipe, a healthier way. And believe me it’s such a great way to eat this vegetable.
Airfrying makes the work quicker and definitely healthier .
I have paired it with curd rice, tastes amazing with dal chawal too !! This one is ultimate comfort food

Bhindi – 1/2 kg finely sliced
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 1/2 tbsp

Mix everything well and Airfry in batches, @180c for 10-12 mins. Keep mixing in between for even cooking.
