Cream of Chicken Soup Recipe in English

Ingredients for Cream of Chicken Soup:
Nestlé MilkPak Salted Dairy Butter 3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken boneless (cubes) 500 g
All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
Water 1 ½ liter
Onion (cube cut) 1 cup
Garlic cloves (sliced) 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1 pack

Ingredients for Stir Fried Chicken:
Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken boneless (chunks) 300 g
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients for Garnishing:
Prepared stir fried chicken
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream as required
Bread croutons as required
Parsley as required

Directions for Cream of Chicken Soup Preparation:
1. In a pot heat Nestlé MilkPak Salted Dairy Butter, oil and heat it until butter melts.
2. Add chicken and cook until chicken changes color. Add flour and cook for 2-3 mins.
3. Add water, onion, garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, black pepper powder and cover and cook for 20-25 mins.
4. Now blend the mixture until smooth texture is achieved. Turn off the flame and add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream. Mix it well. Your Cream of Chicken Soup is ready.
Directions for Stir Fried Chicken Preparation:
5. In a pan heat oil and add chicken. Cook until chicken changes color.
6. Add soy sauce, black pepper crushed, salt and cook until chicken is fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Garnishing:
7. Pour the soup into a bowl. Garnish it with Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream, chicken chunks, bread croutons and parsley.
8. Serve this delicious Cream of Chicken Soup and enjoy.
