COOKING TIME: 10-15 mins
INGREDIENTS:-
• 1 Cup Rice Flour
• 1/2 Cup Curd
• 1 tbsp Ginger Chilli Paste
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 tsp Cumin Powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Hing )
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1/4 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
• 1/4 cup mint leaves (chopped)
• 2 Cup Water
METHOD:-
• Take a banana lead, cut into round shape, apply oil and keep it aside.
• Further take a bowl, add rice flour, curd, ginger chilli paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, asafoetida, salt, oil, coriander leaves and mint leaves and water.
• Prepare a lump free batter.
• Further set a tawq on medium heat, apply oil keep the leaf, spread the batter, place another leaf and cook on both the sides.
• Serve hot with green chutney, green chilli.
