Fluffy, Chocolate Donuts in 20 minutes.
They’re healthy, low calorie, high in protein, and SO delicious.👇🏼
–
Donuts:
1 banana
1/2 cup rolled oats (blended into a powder)
1/4 cup milk (I use 1% but any kind works)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp low calorie maple syrup (or any sweetener)
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
pinch of salt (about 1/8 tsp)
Icing:
2-3 tbsp fat free or light cream cheese
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (the remaining half)
optional: sweetener and milk (if consistency is too thick)
–
BAKING TIME: 350°F for 12-13 minutes
–
NOTES: No donut tray? That’s fine, just use a muffin tray! Use olive oil or butter to grease the tray before pouring your mix. For storage, seal these in a container and keep in the fridge. The icing may dry out a little, but that’s okay!
