Ingredients:
1. Wheat bread – 8 no
2. Onion – 2 medium sized
3. Cucumber – 1 medium sized
4. Capsicum – 1 small sized
5. Paneer – 150 gm
6. Law fat cheese – 4 no
7. Green chutney – 4 to 6 tbsp
8. Pepper pwdr – 2 tsp
9. Dry mango pwdr – 1 tsp
10. Salt as required
Ingredients for green chutney:
a. Coriander leaves – 1 handful
b. Turmeric pwdr – 1 pinch
c. Salt as required
d. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
e. Roasted channa dal – ¼ cup
f. Water as required

For preparing green chutney blend the above ingredients into a fine paste.

Sandwich Preparation Method :
1. In a flat plate place 1 bread slice
2. Then place paneer slice on the bread.
3. Then sprinkle some salt, pepper and dry mango mix.
4. Then place onion on it, then cucumber and then capsicum.
5. Again sprinkle some masala mix
6. Then place cheese on it .
7. Take another bread slice and paste the green chutney on one side of the bread slice.
8. Then place the bread slice on the cheese.
9. Toast the sandwich with sandwich maker or with tawa.
10. Serve and enjoy healthy sandwich.
