Ingredients:

Pumpkin – 1 cup chopped
Carrot – 1 big
Finger Millet / Ragi Flour – 2 tablespoons
Cashew nuts – 1/4 cup
Garlic – 3 medium cloves
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon
Water – 2 cups
Milk – 2 tablespoons
Fresh cream 2 tablespoons
Salt
Pepper Powder
Nutmeg powder (optional)

Heat butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and turmeric powder and sautee till aromatic. Add chopped pumpkin and carrot. Roast. Add w cups of water. when water boils add finger millet ( ragi ) flour + 2 tablespoons of water mixture to the soup. Stir continuously until the soup thickens.

Switch off and allow the soup to cool down. Beldn it well and add back tonthe pan. Heat it, add 1/2 cup more water, seasoning and finally milk and fresh cream. Serves warm.
