Grilled chicken seekh kebab and naan bread

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken mince
2 medium sized onions (finely chopped)
4-5 green chillis (finely chopped)
3 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic granules or fresh chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed chilli flakes
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
Hand full of fresh coriander leaves

Ingredients for the Naan bread:
3 cups plain/ all purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
7g yeast
3 tablespoons yogurt
1 cup warm water

Method:
For kababs
1- finely chop onion and green chillies and add it to chicken mince alongside with all the spices written above.
2- mix everything really well, use food processor if you like.
3- use flattened skewers to make kebabs as shown in the video, use water or oil if it gets sticky.
5- cook in the grill at 200c for a light 10-15 minutes on each side , turning occasionally.

For naan bread:
1- In a large bowl add flour, sugar, salt and yeast, mix dry ingredients.
2- add yogurt and oil, mix it again.
3- slowly add warm water and start kneading the dough. Rest for 2 hours.
4- roll out naan bread whatever shape you like round or oval. Cook on tawa/ pan.
5- add butter or ghee on top and serve with salad, chutney and kebabs.
