2 cup Oats
1/2 cup Akhrot chopped (Walnut)
1/2 cup Badam Slice (Almond slice)
1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup Sunflower seed
4 Apricots chopped
1/2 cup Cranberry
300 Gram Khajur (Dates)(2 cup)
2 Tbl sp water
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/8 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 cup Shahad (Honey)
Place Butter Paper in a Tray
Sprinkle Badam & Pista slice (Almond & Pistachio slice)
