I am currently in the process of transitioning into a vegan/plant based diet and lifestyle. Living healthy and eating clean is very important to me which is why I am so happy to bring you along this journey!
I purposely designed the meals in this video to be easy to recreate, so starting a healthy or even vegan diet will be easy and accessible to just anyone! This is also a great way to get in shape for summer, tone up, or lose weight. Eating healthy is a lifestyle change for the better, and although it may take some effort, I promise it is worth it!
I believe that there are many variations to the vegan diet, so donβt feel pressured to cut out dairy or meat right away. Take your time and gradually eliminate certain foods from your diet. That way, the change will actually last in the long run.
