Ingredients:

Wellness Beet root juice:
3 small beet roots
3-4 red apples
1 whole medium-sized watermelon
1 lemon, squeezed

Fat burner Pineapple detox juice:
1 large pineapple, ripe
1 large cucumber
1-2” ginger, peeled
4 cups, water
1 lemon, squeezed

Green Power House Detox Juice:

3 cups, spinach
2 cucumbers
4 green apples
1-2” inch Ginger
1 lemon, squeezed
3 cups, water

Energizer wellness shots:

7-9 Larger carrots
3-4 Celery sticks
1” Ginger, peeled
