These recipes are both under 300 Calories they quick to cook and also delicious as well as filling!

INGREDIENTS: For the Cauliflower
200g Cauliflower
12 Sprays Extra Virgin Olive oil
1/4 onion
Pinch of onion and cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander

INGREDIENTS: For the mixed beans
1/2 Tin of mixed beans
1/4 onion
Garlic Powder
Pinch of turmeric and chilli powder
Salt to taste
Tomato pasata or sauce
Coriander
