O you will never have to go to Olive Garden  again look at this this is the easiest healthiest   chicken alfredo bake you will ever make hey  guys welcome back to my channel I’m Myra from   low car love and today I’m going to share  one of my best hacks okay so we’re making a  

Chicken alfredo but we’re going to make it with  less than half the calories so this is going to   be weight loss friendly keto friendly diabetic  friendly but it’s going to have all the [Music] flavor so I don’t know about you but I grew  up going to Olive Garden and my favorite dish  

There was the chicken fetuccini alfredo pasta  dish like that one just always hits the spot I   still go once in a while I get it with no  noodles and I get it just like this so so  

Instead of the noodles I’m going to show you  my secret little hack plus I’m going to show   you how we’re going to make the sauce still  nice rich thick and creamy but it’s going to   be half the calories okay the best part of this  dish right here is that it is familyfriendly it  

Is meal prep friendly so whether you are trying to  meal prep you’re trying to feed your whole family   or you just want to make a delicious dinner  this right here is quick it’s easy and it’s   literally one of the the best tasting things I  have probably ever made I’m not joking one of  

Our little tricks is instead of the noodles we  are going to use broccoli okay at Olive Garden   if you get a chicken fetuccini alfredo you can  get broccoli so it’s like a broccoli chicken   fetuccini alfredo so basically it’s that dish  without the pasta so the first thing you want  

To do is blanch your broccoli in this case the  broccoli comes in a steamable bag so I’m just   going to toss this into the microwave now I  will say that the first time I made this dish  

On Instagram I did not steam the broccoli I did  not cook the broccoli I literally just got raw   broccoli into the casserole and it worked okay so  while that is steaming let’s go ahead and chop up   our chicken another hack if you have rotisserie  chicken rotisserie chicken is going to make your  

Life so much easier because all you have to do  is Shred the chicken or chop it up dice it up   whatever that is your um you know your choice  but I don’t have any and I did have a chicken  

Breast from yesterday so we’re just going to go  ahead and use this okay and what I’m going to   do is Dice it into little kind of like small to  medium I don’t like super small pieces of chicken  

But this is all personal preference okay okay  so we have our chicken diced too my liking so   you just want to cut your chicken again just to  your liking a little garlic powder onion powder   and we’re going to do a little salt and pepper  okay oh there’s our broccoli we’ll get that in  

A little bit I add my air fryer liner a little  avocado oil toss that right in so now I’m going   to cook this for about 15 minutes in the fryer  and then I’m going to show you how easy this is  

To assemble especially if you already have your  chicken cooked everyone will love it I mean as   long as they like um alfredo sauce they’re going  to be obsessed with it our chicken is in the air  

Fryer right now and now we have our broccoli so  this dish is this easy okay so we toss in the broccoli broccoli is obviously a healthy veggie  very low in carb but at the end the end of the  

Day like vegetables are still carbs and I  think a lot of times like we just think like   carbs are bad and the truth is that they’re  they’re not it’s processed carbs that are bad   these are healthy carbs these are full of not  only vitamins but they are also full of fiber  

Which is also great we’re talking about like  digestion you know I was going to say something   else but we’ll say digestion so we have our  broccoli now let’s check on our chicken the   chicken you want it to be pretty much cooked  through if it’s like 75% of the way it’s good  

Because it’s going into the oven that’s where  it’s going to get nice and cheesy and gooey oh   my gosh okay we’ll let it cook for about two  more minutes and then we’ll mix it right in  

Now for alfredo sauce don’t come for me this is  an easy version okay so you can just get your   favorite brand of alfredo sauce okay because  Alfredo is definitely very very heavy it is  

A very calorie dense sauce uh to make it lighter  I mix it with almond milk okay and trust me it’s   still going to be creamy it’s still going to  be nice and decadent like you are not going to  

Miss anything from it I promise let’s go ahead  and get our sauce made okay so we’ll do about a cup and then we will add in our almond milk  okay so you get about almost double the sauce   but you don’t get all the calories because  the almond milk is unsweetened super low in  

Carbs super low in calories doesn’t have any  sugar it just all works trust me this recipe   went viral on Instagram so many people made it  so many people love it I can’t wait for you to  

Try it you will see what the hype is all about  okay so our chicken is pretty much almost cooked   all the way through basically and now I’m just  going to go ahead and top the broccoli with it okay so I still like to season the  sauce because we need all the flavor  

Garlic powder onion powder a little  extra pepper and a little pinch of salt okay so we’re just going to go  ahead and pour that right [Music] over now let’s go ahead and just give this all  a good mix just so that the broccoli is you know  

It’s just going to come out nice and flavorful  and I will say that there you really don’t need   to cook the broccoli before because it’s going  to cook for about 15 minutes and it will soften  

Enough it will be more like Al Dente but you can  definitely leave it for like an extra let’s say   another 5 minutes if not you can do what I did  and just kind of put it in the microwave for a  

Few minutes and then it will um just kind of  speed up the process it’ll be ready in about   10 minutes versus 15 or so okay and you can use  parmesan so the one that I made on Instagram I  

Did use parmesan cheese but I’m going to try  it with mozzarella I feel like mozzarella is   you know is just nice and it gives you kind of  like that cheese pool that I feel like you’re  

Looking for with a pasta dish and that’s pretty  much it I just did kind of like a light coat of   cheese if you want to go crazy on it you you  measure the cheese with your heart okay this  

Right here I’m telling you this is a must try  so this is going into the oven I preheated my   oven to 375 and now we’re just going to let it get  nice and cheesy everything is pretty much already  

Cooked through so it’ll be in there for about  15 minutes if you want that nice crisp on top   we might turn on the broiler for about a minute  or two and then you’ll get that nice like brown  

Crispiness that you see on those pasta dishes so  um let’s let this cook and then I cannot wait to   show you cannot wait to show you how this turns  out meanwhile that’s cooking I’m going to make  

Myself a drink I try to drink colostrum at least  once a day I use the one from Arma this is the   cleanest one out there it comes from grass-fed  cattle which is really really important because   you want to know where the colostrum is coming  from colostrum is what’s produced after mothers

It absolutely not M that’s my favorite favorite  casserole favorite dish you will never have to   go to Olive Garden again make it at home save  money save calories if you really want to add   pasta do a zoodle which is um spiralized zucchini  add a Shirataki noodle maybe even like a low carb  

Pasta I can leave a few that I really love down  in the description below but I promise you if   you make it just like this this you can enjoy  it 100% it’s nice rich decadent super filling
