1 or 2 days of enjoying delicious foods and not hitting your calorie deficit isn’t going to make a difference long term, and it’s not going to ruin your diet.
Don’t feel guilty about indulging a little, don’t force yourself to miss out, and don’t feel guilty the day after!
Yes you will gain weight the day after, but even if you overeat a lot, the amount of fat you would gain is actually very little. Majority of that weight gain you see is pretty much just the food volume from the day before and water weight.
Just get back to your diet as soon as possible the day after, give it a couple of days and it’s literally like nothing happened 👌🏼
