✨ Methi Masala Paratha ✨

Winters are full of greens, so, benefit yourself by adding them in your daily diet, presenting here one of my favorite parathas which is so so so good, don’t believe me try it out yourself ✨

All you have to do is make dough using wheat flour, methi puree, salt, lal mirch, dhaniya pd, haldi pd, hing and a little bit of ghee. Don’t use water.

Let the dough rest for a while and then apply some ghee and knead for a few seconds.

Now take a small portion and roll it a bit then apply ghee on it and roll it again. Cook until crisp.
