Water – As needed for soft dough
For Stuffing
Sattu (Roasted Gram Flour) – 1.5 Cups
Green Chilli – 1 Tbsp
Onion – 1/3 Cup
Garlic – 1 Tbsp
Ginger – 1 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves – 3 Tbsp
Carom Seeds (Ajwain) – 1/2 Tsp
Nigella Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Pickle Masala – 1 Tbsp
Mustard Oil – 2 Tbsp
