I like to eat healthy but I’m lazy so this is the meal I make pretty much every day that takes under 10 minutes so I just throw fish in the air fryer I usually do salmon or a white fish today I have mahi mahi the key is I finish
This off with a little jel of honey so it gets extra crispy for veggies I just have these Frozen microwavable ones and I just get these bags of Frozen rice they just take 3 minutes to make I just dump it in the bowl and my husband takes
The other half I just put the fish in the bowl I kind of destroyed it trying to get the skin off but it looks the same in your stomach so and I top it off with a little avocado for healthy fats this guy is definitely pastest Prime but
He’ll do and then because I love myself I can’t go without a little bit of sauce so this one is spicy garlic parm yum not the prettiest thing but at least I know when I’m exhausted getting home from practice and don’t want to cook I’m at
