Recipes:
Breakfast-
Ezekiel bread
Avocado
Nutritional yeast
Hemp seeds
Everything but the bagel seasoning

Lunch-
Banana bread:
2 ripe bananas
1 c flour
1 c plant milk
1 tsp baking powder
Vegan chocolate chips
One capful banana

Bake 350 for 40 mins

Broccoli salad
Raw broccoli
1 tsp tahini
2 capfuls low sodium soy sauce
Sriracha
Water until it’s the consistency you like

Dinner:
Ramen
Veggie broth
1/4 c nutritional yeast
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
Sriracha
Spinach
1/2 c chickpeas

Boil until noddles are done

That as well but now you find me here again sharing with you another what I eat in a day and today for breakfast I am having some avocado toast with a side of delicious cherries but we’re going to be adding some things to this avocado toast now the other day on

Instagram I started a real series uh where do you get your protein from and I’m going to actually try to start posting those reels over here on in on um YouTube the YouTube shorts things I’m going to try try to get better at doing that for those of you who don’t have an

Instagram account but if you do have an Instagram account please head over there and follow me as well but yeah so I shared this avocado toast in the real and it’s all about showing people that you can get all of the protein you need and live a healthy vibrant lifestyle um

Eating just plants okay so uh what we’re going to do today is we’re just going to add some things to this to add more protein to to it now this Ezekiel Bread itself I believe has 5 g of protein each there’s a little bit of protein in the

Avocado we’re going to be adding about almost a four of um a cup of nutritional yeast which a four of a cup of nutritional yeast has six gram of protein this is a really good protein source to if you want to add protein to your meals you can sprinkle this on top

And then I’m going to be adding a tablespoon of hemp seeds so we’re really going to to be easily adding um good amounts of protein to this avocado toast and then I’m going to have half a cup of cherries on the side now the other day

On The Reel I had half a cup of blueberries um I don’t really know how much protein is in a cup I had a cup of blueberries um I don’t know how much protein is in a cup of uh cherries so we’re going to ask Siri how much protein

Is in 1 cup of cherries okay so only like 1.5 g of protein but hey that’s protein all fruits and veggies have some amount of protein in there um I’m pretty sure I’ve read somewhere now I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure I read somewhere a while back that anything alive anything

Alive has a protein a carbohydrate and a fat inside of it or it can’t be alive I don’t know if that’s true don’t mark my words kind it makes sense to me though right like you have to have those things we have to have all that or we wouldn’t

Be able to really live so um anyway found that kind of interesting but okay so I just added some nutritional yeast and hemp seeds two my toast I’m also just for flavor going to be adding a little bit of everything but the bagel seasoning mhm I love avocado toast I’m a big

On I love cherries too anyway um I have a lot of work that I need to go do after I eat this I’m really trying to step up my content creation uh situation that I have going on so I’m going to be working on that

All day I have to go walk oh we didn’t even talk about New Year’s resolutions what are you doing drop a comment and let me know below I have decided once again to walk 10,000 steps every single day because that is something I know I can do right

I think people set these crazy big goals that are kind of hard to reach and I think one of the best ways to make yourself feel good and accomplish a goal is to have a goal that’s reasonable and for me you know it pushes me enough to where I need it but

It’s also something that I can accomplish right I don’t know that’s just kind of my thing I’m not a huge fan of New Year’s resolutions because I don’t like um the thought L of having to wait till New Year’s to start something new I know that’s not really what’s going on

But some people use that as an excuse to not start something right now right like I feel like if you want to do something new let’s do it let’s do it right now why we have to wait till Monday or till after your birthday or New Year’s Day

Why do we have to wait for that we don’t um but I do like the feeling and the concept of a fresh start and starting something new and so I jumped on the bandwagon so yeah 10,000 steps a day I’m also reading at least one book a month

Which again is attainable for me but but that pushes me right I’ve never been a huge reader but I enjoy it so okay I need to get some stuff going here I will check back in with you guys at lunch okay it’s not quite lunchtime but I anticipate getting

Hungry in the next hour it’s about 12:45 and I am I am pounding out it’s that a good term I I am pounding out some content um I’m committed to this and yeah so I decided to make some banana bread I’ve been like on a banana bread um chocolate chip vegan uh

Chocolate chips um yeah I’m getting I’m losing my train of thought because the smell of banana it’s like up in my face I have been on a big banana bread kick lately and um so I’m going to make this and then I’m going to have a little side of broccoli

With some cheese sauce and that’s going to be my lunch um now some of you might be thinking so all you’re eating for lunch is a little bit of banana bread and some broccoli and my answer to you is yes but that’s because this is you

Know my what I eat in a day this is my body and so I say this not to sound rude sorry I like to shoot it straight but it’s just to remind you that like every body literally every body is different and the calorie requirements that my

Body wants and needs to be full is different than yours so I know this is really clumping up it looks like chicken um I know that this much banana bread and a half a bag of frozen broccoli with cheese sauce that’s going to stuff me and I just want

To bring this up because I noticed on a handful of my Instagram reels and Tik Tok shorts the ones that are what I eat in a days some people will comment and say oh my gosh how do you eat that much and um stay thin or some will say you’re

Hardly eating anything and blah blah blah and that’s because that’s well that’s a perfect example of that everybody’s different right so some people are going to think that’s a lot some people aren’t some people are going to get full from that some people aren’t you have to do

Works best for you and right now at 12:55 or probably 1:30 when I eat this is going to be great for me um okay so I had to add add the milk that’s what I forgot that’s why it was clumping up so what I did and I I’m sorry I don’t feel like

Putting the camera down and it’s just a lot so we’re going to do it this way today today not all the time anyway okay so what we have in here this looks great is one cup I put whole wheat flour the other day I made oat flour from rolled

Oats I had my kids hated the banana bread at first they liked it and then I think the texture was off um so now I’m trying to like make it perfect I also had four bananas the other day that was too much okay so what we have in here is

One cup of whole wheat flour you can use any flour you want I have two and 1 half very ripe bananas that I mushed one cup of vanilla unsweet almond milk um almost a teaspoon of baking powder vegan chocolate chips as much as you want and then about a tablespoon of

Pure maple syrup I’m going to pop this in the oven for first I’m going to put it in a non-stick um loaf pan I love caroway I’ll link it below they got some great non-toxic nonstick stuff amazing anyway it’s below and um yeah I’m going to pop in the oven

350° for about 40 minutes I’m going to check it around 35 minutes it depends on your oven um yeah and then when it’s time to eat I’m going to eat it I’ll be back oh yeah look at that is this pleasing to the people who want

To see it I totally get it by the way I’m just being a bit lazy today but I do need my other hand to scoop the rest out cuz I want every last bit so I will be back okay it’s 20:09 um I’m still not quite like

Terribly hungry but I know if I don’t eat now it’s going to catch up with me and I’ll probably end up eating more than I should later on um because I have to go get my kids in about 10 minutes so um also I didn’t really want frozen

Broccoli with cheese sauce on top obviously the frozen broccoli would be defrosted I’m feeling the raw broccoli right now mhm so I’m making a little broccoli salad just with ra raw broccoli I don’t have anything else for a sauce you can’t even see it it’s such a small amount I did like

This much tahini like not even maybe half a teaspoon of tahini two capfuls of low sodium low sodium soy sauce and a little bit of water and I’m going to pour that in here actually I’m going to add some Sriracha hold on yes this is so good in broccoli salad

So I’m going to add like I’m going to pour that on the broccoli and that’s going to be my broccoli salad hold on okay here’s what we got this came out so good and delicious I cut it in like fives the whole loaf I’m eatting like two of them

And then this big giant bowl of broccoli salad which I’ve already eaten some of it um and that’s good for me for lunch lunch I probably eat the least amount but um definitely love sweet stuff at lunch and yeah I’m really feeling the raw broccoli right now

All of these recipes are below for you shall we have a bite of that I feel like I don’t want to mix the broccoli and the banana bread but I’ll have one bite of this finish the broccoli salad and then I’m going to take this with me

So I can eat it in the uh pickup School line yes I’m one of those moms okay so for dinner I’m going to start off with a sumo orange this is the only reason I can stand January and February is cuz it’s Sumo season this one might not be

That ripe I’ll probably go get another one but yeah I’m going to start off with this and then when I get hungry I’m going to make me some Ramen now I use this brand oceans Halo it’s a great um oil-free Ramen really literally it’s just um organic wheat water and sea salt

So I can link these below for you I get them on Amazon but I’m just going to make some Ramen I love to put chickpeas spinach in there you can put any vegetable you want inside the ramen and to make the broth I just boil this in

Veggie broth just till it like covers the noodles in the pan and I put in nutritionally ye Sriracha low sodium soy sauce and then that’s it it’s freaking delicious I mean I love it so that’s what I’ll be having I’ll show you how I make it it’s really easy it literally
