Is a realistic what eting a day in a calorie deficit to lose weight for breakfast I’ve really been trying to eat more protein because a keeps you full and be it’s just good for you so I started the day making kind of like a scramble roed red peppers onion lots of
Spinach and then the key is cottage cheese adding that to three eggs makes it so high protein and so freaking filling and I served it with some hash browns and super easy to make as well and kept me full throughout the day it was honestly 10 out of 10 really
Delish then for lunch I just wanted some chicken nuggets and some broccoli so that’s what I had this chicken is the best I’m sure you guys have heard of it I added some Sriracha mayo and honestly it was fire for dinner I was still at home for the holidays and my parents
Ended up getting some pizza so I had some of that I don’t know exactly how many calories it was but I based it based on trying to make the pizza on the Domino’s website so it’s just a guesstimate but it was great
