Hiiii!!! If you are struggling to eat healthy or ENJOY eating healthy… watch this video! I came up with some AMAZING meals that will fuel your body, make you feel good, and are full of protein to keep you satisfied while reaching your fitness goals!
Healthy Banana Bread Recipe:
3 very ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/4 cup mashed banana)
2 eggs, at room temperature (very important to be at room temp)
⅓ cup pure maple syrup (do not use honey)
½ cup plain greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ¾ cup Bob’s All Purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon (plus more on top)
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup chocolate chips
Add all wet ingredients, and mix. Add dry, mix.
Bake 350F for 40-50 minutes in a greased loaf tin!!!
