Dear friends, in this video, I am going to show you how to make a simple and nutritious Greek Salad. It contains Vitamin A and C, which improve skin condition. Additionally, it has high water content, maintaining hydration and preventing kidney disease. The salad also aids in weight loss and improves digestion. Also its rich in potassium which preventing heart issues and its antioxidant properties reduce the chances of diabetes and cancer. The addition of cheese helps strengthen bones and boosts immunity. Apart from its health benefits, it is delicious and easy to make. Our step-by-step instructions and handy tips guarantee success every time.

Ingredients:
1/2- Romaine lettuce or any lettuce available.
1 – Cucumber
1/2- Cup cherry tomato or any tomato
1/2 – Cop green pitted olive or any pitted olive available.
1/2- Red onion or any onion available.
1/4- Green Capsicum or any colour
50 gm- Fetta cheese or any type of cheese

Ingredients for dressing:
1- Lemon or 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2- Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil or any cooking oil
2- Cloves of garlic (crushed)
1/2 -Tsp Black pepper powder.

Make. For one big bowl of salad. Take half Roman  lettuce or any lettuce available, one cucumber   half cup cherry tomatoes or any Tomatoes, half cup  green pitted Olive or any pitted Olive available,   half red onion or any onion available. 1/4 any  color of capsicum. 50 gm fetta cheese or any  

Type of cheese. Two cloves of garlic crusted, half  teaspoon black pepper powder. Slice the Cucumber   into bite size pieces cucumber has high water  content which maintain hydration, prevent kidney   disease and helps in weight loss and improve  digestion.Take the lettuce and remove the core  

Like this and chop into bite-sized pieces wash it  thoroughly with icy cold water and dry it well to   prevent from becoming soggy. Take a big bowl and  put chopped lettuce into it Roman lettuce is high

Olives an onion on top of the chopped  lettuce and set aside. Now cut the feta   cheese into bite size pieces and spread on  top of the salad. Cheese is good for bones,   helps in digestion and boost immunity. Now  prepare the dressing take a small bowl pour  

2 tablespoon of olive oil into it then  add 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice half teaspoon black pepper at the end Crush two garlic gloves into it and mix well now pour the dressing  on top of the salad like
