Sprouted lentils on avocado toast | healthy breakfast episode 3



This avocado toast is the perfect breakfast made on a multigrain bread and topped with mashed avocado, sprouts, kalamata olives, and seasoning. This avocado toast recipe checks all the boxes for a well rounded breakfast, or even lunch!

Avocado Toast with Sprouts Ingredients:

2 slices 7 grain bread, toasted
1 whole avocado, mashed
⅛ teaspoon pink sea salt
¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced in half
¼ cup any kind of sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli, lentil sprouts, etc.)

How to sprout lentils:
1. Add about 1/2 cup brown lentils to a jar and cover with water. Soak overnight to soften the lentil for sprouting
2. The next 3-4 days, rinse the lentils under cool water and drain the water completely once in the morning and once at night.
