Excited to start this new way of fueling my body and it’s super simple. I’m eating as clean as possible, which is going to take some time to shift into completely. Here’s what I’m having during my first week. I am 3 months postpartum, and as I mentioned in the video, my main goal is to keep my awesome milk supply. I would like to start sleeping better and drop some of the baby weight. I will be sharing more here on my channel about workouts, more recipes, and my overall progress along the way.
