You need to try this super tasty and healthy banana bread recipe! It is really easy to make and a great way to use up your old bananas.
Healthy Banana Bread
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
4 large ripe bananas, peeled and roughly broken into pieces
3 eggs
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup natural peanut butter
½ cup spelt flour
1 cup oats
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
For decoration (optional)
1 banana, halved
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, place the bananas, eggs, almond milk and peanut butter. Using a hand blender, blend to combine.
Add in the spelt flour, oats, cinnamon and baking powder and mix to combine.
Pour the batter into a 4×8-inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper, and top with the banana halves.
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Note:
For gluten free version use buckwheat flour instead of spelt flour.
