Easiest way I have found and you honestly can’t screw it up to make cre of rice just get rice flour from the grocery store as it’s a lot cheaper than any premixed one and then depending on how many grams of rice flour you’re going to use start with four times the
Amount of boiling water in a bowl and then slowly add the rice flour to prevent it from clumping up don’t worry if it’s really runny just microwave it for 3 minutes and then it should become nice and fluffy then you can add your muscle Nation protein powder that you
