Seed Bread Recipe –
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/3 cup psyllium husk OR 1/3 cup cornstarch (corn flour)
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 tablespoons oil
3/4 cup boiling water

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for the water. Once it is all mixed well add he boiling water and mix well. Allow the mixture to rest for 30 minutes so that the chia and psyllium husk bind it all.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).

Transfer the mixture to the pan and spread it out with. your fingers. Wet your hands and shake off all the excess to helo you press the dough. You want a thin layer with an even width. If you are using corn starch the mixture will be wetter so use a spatula instead.

Place the baking sheet in the oven for two hours. Rotate the pan every 30 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven and tap the seed bread. It should be dry and crisp. If it isn’t, slide it off the paper and return it to the oven for another 15 minutes.

Place the pan on a cooling rack and cool down completely. Break it into pieces and enjoy it with any topping you like. Store it in the refrigerator, in an airtight container, for a couple of weeks. Enjoy!

In here I have a/ thir cup of sesame seeds half a cup of sunflower seeds half a cup of raw pumpkin seeds Pepita and half a cup of flax seeds I also added two tablespoons of chia seeds if you would like you could put the bigger

Seeds in a food processor and pulse them cut them up a little bit I like to feel the whole seed when I’m biting into this so I’m going to use A3 cup of pelium hust for this I want the fiber and I want the carbs to be lower but if you

Can’t find it or you don’t want to buy it you can use corn starch or corn flour for this recipe as well going add about half a teaspoon of salt now I’m going to add 3 and 1/2 tbsp of oil use any oil you want

Guys I am using olive oil and I’m I’m going to add 3/4 cups of boiling water this is really hot we’re going to let this rest for 30 minutes before we put it in the oven we’re not going to press our seed bread into a parchment paper lined pan if you

Made this with corn flour or corn starch it’s going to be a little softer guys okay this works great we want to press this so that it is all the same thickness but try and do it as thin as you can now I am going to wet my hands a

Little bit to help me press this okay so just wet the hand don’t get water on this the reason that we waited for 30 minutes before we did this is cu it it allowed the pelium husk and the chia seeds to bind it I’m now going to

Sprinkle some sea salt on here don’t go too crazy with the salt this is going to go in a preheated oven at 275 F 135 Centigrade for 2 hours guys every 30 minutes I am going to turn the pan around okay we want it to dry up

Nicely we going to let it co down completely then we can tear it up and enjoy it now all we do is cut it into pieces this is great for eating instead of bread use it as a cracker you know use it to put spread on it cheese butter whatever you
