Hi guys welcome back to my channel welcome back to another what I ate this week for 2 days video yes I was going to do 3 days but then I wanted to start editing yesterday and so I thought I’m going to be on top of it this video cuz

I work from home on Thursdays and Fridays so in my mind I was like I’ll have this video ready to go Wednesday night I can get it uploaded I don’t have to do any editing Thursday morning before I start work here I am and it’s because when I started editing yesterday

I realized that this video is only going to be like 4 minutes long and I thought what the heck happened this week you know I just the week was kind of a blur and I actually started filming yesterday to do a what I eaten a day and then I

Just got so caught up in work completely forgot that I was filming so that’s been the main thing this week has been work and I will catch you guys up in my weekly update video that will go up on Saturday day and we’ll kind of do a

Weighin talk about all the things this week because it’s been it’s been a roller coaster week it really has been so we’ll talk about that how it will probably affect the scale I have not stepped on the scale this week at all because I’ve been a little nervous about

That I did film I worked seven to five those days it was really busy really busy yesterday I worked till about 4: no I was almost 5 when I left the office yesterday too so yeah we just have a lot going on so I’ll talk about that so I just did

Really did not not have a chance to pick up the camera in the mornings I was just trying to rush out the door one morning I spilled coffee all over me which I thought okay here’s where I’m trying to turn my mindset around the day I spilled

The coffee I believe it was Monday which you know I mean that just goes right goes figure and I spilled some of it like right so it was actually was in was just pulling into the parking lot at work and so as I’m pulling in I realize

That as I’m carrying my car I pull was pulling in Pi up my coffee and did not realize it until I was getting out and walking and some of it splashed out cuz I was using a different cup which that was my own fault and it splashed in like

Right here and so I go and then also and luckily I had a vest on and I spilled it down the front so I go into the bathroom I’m like cleaning up so of course it looks worse because you know here I am cleaning up and then of course it looked

Like right here I had a big old wet spot under my armpit and I’m just like and which the vest did not cover up vest cover up luckily I was able to zip up my my vest which is Victory yay nonscale Victory there because I haven’t been

Able to zip up that vest in a long time and it was over a sweater so any who um so I stayed like that for and since it was a sweater it took forever to dry and so it was about 11:30 before I realized

I just did not even get up from my desk I just stayed hold up in my little cubicle cuz I did not want to walk around with all that on my on my sweaters so that’s kind of how my day started on Monday and then I thought

Okay I was telling my my coworker I was like it’s either going to be a really bad day or it can only go up from here and so that’s the attitude I had for the whole day and it was just it was a good

Week you guys it was a good week as far as my plan I stayed on plan I did not even really think about food okay so there’s a little real preview of what I was going to talk about this week I’ll still talk about my weekly update but I

Feel like a lot of the food noise is going away and I think it’s because I’m focusing on so many other things than food I’m trying to focus on supplements I’m focusing on my workouts I’m focusing on so many other things than what I’m

Going to eat and I just I have my meal prep done so I don’t really even have to think about it it’s just grab it okay what am I going to have okay yep let’s have this grab it and then go out the door go sit at the table whatever I’m

Doing so a lot of non-scale Victories this week definitely a ton it’ll be interesting to see what the scale says because of other things that are going on this week but anyo so the video is a little short that’s why you’re just seeing food I had breakfast lunch dinner

And dessert every day this week did not have any snacks because I I think mainly because of work and again I wasn’t really thinking about food and so I just really did not have snack on my mind and so that’s interesting I was actually just thinking about that as I was

Editing I was like hm I I always bring yogurts with me and fruit and vegetables and bars and things like that I always have them at my desk at work but I did not touch any of them oh okay well there’s a there’s an epiphany right

There um anyway so you’ll see like a full day though two full days of eating um new mostly new meals as well I mean there’s some new there’s some oldies but you know there’s also you know some new ideas um one of the dinners this week I

Was it was really good actually both my dinners this week was really good actually had repeat yesterday of Tuesday’s dinner so it was that good but it actually gave me an idea for a plan for next week so um anyhow hopefully you enjoyed this video let’s go ahead and go

Breakfast today I’m making a Slim Fast shake with some of the fat-free Fair life milk also having a peach Dan and Light and Fit Yogurt the peaches are definitely one of my favorite I can hardly ever find these and then of course we’re going to have a protein

Coffee I am having one of the vanilla latte from Atkins which is one of my favorites now it is really good so definitely pick these up a little bit of the sugar-free caramel and then some of this Stoke cold brew coffee for lunch today I’m going to have

Some of my turkey chili this if you didn’t see my meal prep check it out cuz underneath some of this cheese you’ll see carrots and veggies lots of veggies carrots bell peppers we have um black beans kidney beans and then some 99% fat-free turkey so the chili is zero

Points I put a/4 cup of the reduced fat cheese on top and then I’m going to have a serving of the good thins crackers for dinner tonight I’m having some of the meditranian Meatballs that I meal prep so check out my meal prep video some of this taziki cucumber yogurt sauce

And then some of the Mediterranean side salad so check out my meal prep video to see how I put all this together for a snack today I’m going to have one of these smart muffins I forgot that I had even ordered these cuz they took so long to get here I’ve never had

An issue with shipping but I think it’s because this was on a New Year’s Day sale and they had a really good sale going on so I picked up quite a few of them which I will show in my grocery haul this next weekend anyway so this is

Banana I’m going to have one of these I will put everything here up on the screen so as you can see I ended my day with 17 points used but 1,535 calories you never know sometimes you’re going to have more calories and less points I just try to try to track my calories

Just to kind of see where I’m at and I had 130 g of protein this day which I try to keep it between 130 to 150 so this was a really good day of eating good morning happy Tuesday I’m going to have one of the cafe caramel Atkin

Shakes today I like to to go between the cafe caramel and the vanilla latte those are my two favorite Atkin shakes and then I’m going to make a yogurt Bowl using some of this Catalina Crunch cereal with the cherry berry blend from Walmart which is so good and then a

Cherry Dan and Light and Fit Yogurt one of my favorite breakfast are these breakfast bowls I have them a lot if you watch my channel they are some of the best ones and they keep me super super full throughout the day for lunch I’m going to have some chicken salad this is

1 and 1 half servings of my chicken salad that I made me prep I’m going to have some of the good thins corn crackers and also going to dip my bell peppers in this and then also a side of grapes um like I said I did one and a

Half servings of what you saw in my meal prep video and then for dinner tonight I’m going to do some Sloppy Joe’s over potatoes so I had to use up these potatoes so I cooked those in the air fryer made some Sloppy Joe’s with n 93% lean ground beef and use some Manwich

Sloppy Joe mix and this was my dinner and it was so satisfying for dessert tonight I’m going to have some of the strawberry cheesecake protein pudding you guys this is so good I take took a little taste of it so good check out again my meal prep video to see how I

Put this together so I ended my day with 22 out of my 23 Weight Watcher points but I only had, some calories this day and 122 g of protein so like I said you never know what you’re going to get some days you’re going to have high calorie high

Point some days you can have low but like I said I was a little under my protein I would have liked to see more of my protein but that’s okay we still had a great 2 days of eating and as always thank you guys so much for taking
