Hey guys, here are 3 recipes for simple and healthy make ahead breakfast options. I hope you enjoyed this video!

Egg Cups
6 eggs
1 cup chopped pepper
1 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients together well, and divide between a greased or lined muffin tin. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Spiced Overnight Oats
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Mix all ingredients together and store in the fridge overnight. Serve in the morning.

Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp cacao nibs

Mix together well the almond milk, chia seeds, and chocolate protein. Store in the fridge overnight, and serve in the morning topped with cacao nibs.
