That’s in this salad let’s get started so we’re using three of the chicken scripts and they are already crispy crispy I got them in the Tyson brand from my local Publix um it gives you a guilt-free um protein Source it’s about 13 g of protein per serving for the tenders I’m

Ingredients three seasonings first I’m going to use some cayenne pepper and you can do it to taste next I’m using some um sea salt do it to taste if you don’t like salt you’re not eating salt don’t add it um and next I’m adding some ground black pepper that’s it that you

Don’t like tofu or any other thing chickpeas or anything that you don’t want to add you can add two to three boiled eggs for a high volume of protein so now that we have everything already chopped and ready to go I’m going to show you how beautifully this salad is

Actually use some low fat boat house ranch dressing you can use vinegarette you can use anything you want just make sure that you don’t overc consume okay the ranch can or any other dressing can be those sneaky calories that are unwanted and I’m adding a lemon here okay
