If you like pudding as much as i do then i’ve got some delicious recipes to share with you today Hi everyone how’s it going welcome back to my channel i am very excited today to be sharing with you how to make chia pudding four different ways i love chia pudding i feel like it makes a really great midday snack it can make a great breakfast it can even make a great dessert

I love to have a little jar of it in my refrigerator sometimes just because it can be great to kind of grab and snack on through the day all of the recipes can be found over on my blog as well if you want to read through them

Individually so i will be leaving those linked below in the description box so be sure to check those out and the base recipe for these chia puddings the way that i like to make it is really really simple all you need is a can of coconut

Milk and a quarter cup of chia seeds and a little bit of water as needed and that’s it you can customize that any which way you can add different fruits to that you can add different seasonings and you know spices to that and of course i’ll be sharing with you

Four different ways to make it using that kind of base recipe chia seeds are incredibly fiber packed so these chia puddings are a great source of fiber as well as some healthy fats to help you feel more satiated and full from that coconut milk that we’ll be using so with

That being said let’s get into the recipes so the first chia pudding recipe that we are making is a classic chocolate chia pudding so for this recipe you need a can of coconut milk you’ll need a quarter cup of chia seeds three medjool dates three tablespoons of cacao powder

A teaspoon of vanilla extract and some water as needed and what i like to do when preparing my medjool dates here is actually to soak them in some warm water for a few minutes to soften them uh you’ll first just want to peel them open and pull out the little pit inside and

Then just pop them in some water again it’s just so that they soften up a little bit for a few minutes uh before you blend them so once the dates are ready to go after five to ten minutes or so we’re gonna add all of our ingredients to our

Blender and we’re just gonna blend everything together now a lot of chia puddings are made by just mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl and letting the chia seeds do all the work and kind of thicken and gelatinize because they will thicken when they’re exposed to liquids but i like to

Actually blend my chia puddings because i find it makes them ultra creamy so that is why we are blending everything together here today then you can just add it to your container of choice i’m adding it here to a nice mason jar and you can top it with whatever toppings

You want cacao nibs are great they add a really nice crunch or you could do chocolate chips or some shredded coconut it’s also great to let this chill in the refrigerator for about an hour or so but then you’re good to go it thickens up really really quickly

And it’s just the perfect classic chocolate pudding The next recipe we’re making is this banana chia pudding so for this one you’ll need a can of coconut milk you’ll need one to three medjool dates depending on how sweet you like it two bananas a quarter cup of chia seeds and two teaspoons of vanilla extract as well

As some water again as needed so just add all your ingredients to the blender and blend it up for a good 30 to 60 seconds until it’s really nice and smooth and creamy and as you blend it will thicken quite rapidly because those chia seeds will start to thicken as

They’re being blended um and then once you’re done add it to a jar again you can let it refrigerate for about an hour or so just to let it chill it will continue to thicken a little bit as well when you um put it in the refrigerator

And those chia seeds continue to thicken um but then you can just enjoy put some nuts on top i love some chopped pecans or chopped walnuts this particular chia pudding makes a great breakfast makes a great midday snack really tasty Next up we have a strawberry chia pudding so this one tastes i find quite similar to like a strawberry ice cream really really good you’ll need a can of coconut milk two cups of frozen or fresh strawberries a quarter cup of chia seeds a teaspoon of vanilla and one to two

Tablespoons of honey so again add everything to your blender and blend it up until smooth and creamy this one you can totally use any berry that you like feel free to use blueberries or raspberries or a mixture of different you know berries like blackberries or any combination

That you like but i do love just a good simple strawberry chia pudding i find this one makes a really nice snack And lastly we have here a pumpkin pie chia pudding i had to share this very fall inspired recipe as well in this video so you’ll need a can of coconut milk you’ll also need a can of pumpkin puree about a 400 milliliter can the same size as coconut milk a quarter cup

Of chia seeds a teaspoon of vanilla and you’ll also need four tablespoons of maple syrup um you can adjust that to your desired sweetness and then your spices some cinnamon ground ginger and ground nutmeg and you can just blend that all together this will thicken quite rapidly in the blender as well so

You can always add in about a quarter cup of water as needed add it to your jar you can let it chill for a little while in the fridge and then enjoy this recipe is so good with whipped cream on top or if you’re feeling fancy you could

Do some crushed graham crackers is delicious as well it makes a great dessert so that is it for today’s video thanks so much for watching i hope you give one of these chia pudding recipes a try let me know in the comments below which one you think you might want to try first

Again full recipes can be found over on my blog so the links are below in the description box and i will see you all very very soon You
