Number one pick trick that I got for you today it’s start at the grocery store just make sure you have all the right Foods in the house you know so you have the right things you’re eating make the right recipes you know so you’re always having the right amount of food uh in

Your body again whether you’re losing weight gaining weight whatever your goal is to be able to meet your goals stay on track you have to eat consistently the right food so a lot of people don’t know what food you should buy or or eat or or and that’s the whole purpose of this

Channel so hopefully help you guys they’re trying to either lose weight gain weight you know just get in better shape maintain um man there’s just uh food can be a lot of fun if you if you make it that way and you can season Foods where they don’t taste horrible

And they T actually taste good so today number one tip go to the grocery store and surround yourself with the right amount of foods and I’m going to go over some of the foods I just went to the grocery store every week I go on the

Same day and I get all my food for the whole week so I have you know knowing what I’m eating every day I kind of know how much food to buy and you’re going to kind of you try to go once a week but you know sometimes you may have to go a

Couple times uh you don’t want too much you don’t want too little so to get the right amount of inventory of food uh so you’re not throwing things away things like that so the most important thing and one of the big things I always get chicken breast you know we got some red

Onions we’ll put red red onions in there you know that’s for other recipes we got some roma tomatoes we got some peppers I like to get the multi pack you know I like apples is my carbs so I get lots of apples we got some big spinach man I add

Greens to almost everything I add them to my eggs I add my um you know my wraps I add it to so many things so just I always get the pre-washed spinach bananas again going with some more fruits I grab the pre-washed broccoli I make broccoli or vegetable trays while

Cook in the oven makes it super easy I’ll show you that later uh as far as my uh prep but I love to put onions and peppers and broccoli season it up nice cook in the oven makes it super easy to portion with meals uh whether it’s your

Turkey or your chicken we got a little bit of chicken broth this time um just to cook in my slow cooker with my chicken man some seasoning got the usual whatever your favorite seasoning is you only got a little crystalite just to add a little bit of flavor I always put it

In my pre-workout it’s about the only time I ever use it just one package just uh during the gym you we got some more vegetables some brussel sprouts again I mix it with my broccoli cook it in the trays super nice I got some all natural creamy peanut butter man I don’t know

Why I like these this is this is probably the golden fries I use it my air fryer um I use this as a carb and I don’t do too many of these but these have the least amount of calories for sh so these only have 90 calories for Shing

Uh and so again I use my air fryer and it’s super awesome it’s just a variety of carb I use in my plan again has some variety that’s the whole purpose of this you can eat a lot of the same thing because you know doing a meal prep um

You don’t want it’s going to get really old to cook something different every single meal so you got to have some repetition uh that’s another tip included in this one so here we go and then we got some oats I always get the Quaker Oats and of course we have Okio

Triple zero you know I I love the four packs I get them in three different flavors I got mixed berry I got strawberry and I got blueberry frozen we’re getting strawberries h i get these I don’t get the fresh cuz fresh don’t last very long

For me so I I get these and then I use these only for my overnight oaks I get myself a little treat every day uh I know it’s got some artificial flavors in it but zero sugar root beer love this stuff I only have one again this is a

Treat I one a day so um it’s just something different besides just water uh I drink plain water almost all day long so egg whites you know we always have egg whites and so many different things uh we got we got some 99% ground turkey you know uh I cook this and do

Things differently every time with this I just season it eat it by itself and Portion it out to 4 to 6 oz servings sometimes I put it in my um wraps I mean but 9mc gra just another alternative some good protein besides just chicken we have chunky spicy pokon you got to

Have some spice in it spice spice spice I don’t do too much bread I do my toaster in the morning but I have this 45 Calorie bread this is what I use I do two slices I toast it put my guacamole put some eggs butter BAC buttter B pretty good we got some

Rbes uh so there is my grocery list this is for this week again guys tip number one is go to the grocery store and make sure you have all the right Foods uh to get you through the week so you have all the right meals uh to take throughout

The day so there’s tip number one tip number two cook and bulk man I know some people don’t like to eat the same thing all the time I’m telling you whether you’re trying to lose weight gain weight maintain build muscle all those things you got to be consistent and if you’re eating four

Five six meals a day man you’re going to wear yourself out if you don’t eat some repetitious meals so I usually have two or three meals a day uh that are the same meals or whatever or I might change something small here or there so without

Further Ado we’re going to cook in bulk and we’re going to have a lot of things going on so let’s start off off we’re going to preheater oven uh we have a small oven a big oven so we’re going to do one at 450 one at 350 and we’re going

To do our uh egg pan that does six servings and we’re going to do our uh my favorite oatmeal Brownie Bite so let’s get everything out tip number three have some sort of bag that you can actually take all your food in not sponsored in any way I’ve been using this six-pack

Fitness bag for many years I’ve gone through many bags but the reason I say you have to find a bag a bag that can handle you know say three to six meals depending how many meals you eat a day uh and you can get all sorts all sorts

Of different types of bags that that carry meals these days uh my wife has a wolf pack uh Fitness bag that does meals and I have sixpack Fitness so there’s lots of different brands lots of different styles of meal bags but find one that works best for you whether it’s

A backpack style handbag whatever but it’s got to be something that you can put all all your meals in easily so you can have them ready to go throughout the day I highly suggest finding a meal bag that works for you so this particular

One is the six bag meal bag and a lot of people ask me what’s so special about this bag why they cost so much whatever but when you open it up you got compartments so you can put in all your meals and different meals or different

Bags hold a different amount of meals so um I can get you know four to six meals in this bag with no problem whatsoever um and then I can easily put different styles or different types of containers you know I got glass containers here I got plastic containers there um you know

They just pull out like so and then this particular one this whole grid system or this whole shelving system actually can come out so it’s really nice uh feature of this bag but it’s got the mesh in here to put your utensils and all that

Kind of stuff and then you know I’ve got pockets up here where I put in you know seasonings and and I got more silverware up here um so I have you want to make sure you have everything you need I got extra water bottles and Shaker bottles

You know to put in drinks for the day I mean this is a meal bag this is everything I need throughout the day to be successful uh to stay on track again you know whether you’re trying to lose weight gain weight maintain muscle or just a maintenance program just you know

Healthy lifestyle I mean I know that you know throughout the day things can happen and and all of a sudden you’re hangry and nobody wants to be hangry so have have your meals ready I mean all this prep I mean it really really helps when you have meals with you throughout

The day and snacks and healthy Stacks so you’re not stopping at the local convenience store while you’re getting gas well man I’m starving I’m I don’t have any food on me I’m just going to go in and grab something well nine times out of 10 when you go in and grab

Something you know who you are you don’t get the most healthiest um foods and then you don’t get stuff that’s really on your plans so again guys I highly recommend find a bag that works for you um I have the sixpack fitness again I get nothing for this um I’ve had many of

Bags I love their bags again my wife has a different bag from wol pack she loves it um they make different sizes different styles and uh just just just tip number three huge tip find a meal bag works for you and Carry Your meals throughout the day so there you go tip

Number four accountability if you’re not used to tracking macros or some sort of way of all your food that you intake I mean it’s it’s cowys in cowys out so again it all goes back if you’re trying to lose weight gain weight maintain if you don’t have anything to track it

Really makes it tough to figure out exactly what you’re doing right and what you’re doing wrong so I highly suggest getting your phone out and getting you know my fitness pile I use it every single day yes I learn um pretty much when I eat certain meals that this is

You know how much protein how much carbs how much fat and I pretty much know you know what my calories are but I use it every single day and because I know I can easily get off track even though I’m trying to do all the things necessary by

Meal prepping and taking my bag but having some sort of accountability to really track your progress again it doesn’t matter if you’re just trying to lose weight gain weight if you don’t know really what your body is doing if you don’t know what you’re exactly taking in as far as your cage fats

Proteins you know all those sort of things fiber I mean so having some sort of tool and I I highly recommend my fitness F again I get nothing for this I’ve been using it for years um I have the pro version so cuz I create a lot of recipes uh to

Store on there uh and and those sort of things and so I one of my macros change um every couple of weeks depending what program I’m doing if I’m trying to gain a little or lose a little right now I’m in a little small mini cut on my two

Weeks second week of my mini cut but I use my fitness palette like crazy I’m constantly looking at it changing things up and I’ll always plan my four my five meals every day to my fitness pal knowing I’m leaving x amount of carbs proteins and fats from my last meal so

It gives me some variety every day so when I get home I can change things up a little bit on my last meal so I’ll make that fresh every evening but there’s no way of knowing how I’m really doing or how I’m tracking any kind of progress

Besides making sure I use some sort of accountability type tool like my fitness pal to keep track of it so tip number four is using some sort of accountability and I highly recommend my as tip five but it’s really the number one thing uh for any kind of success on

Anything that you’re doing whether you’re losing weight gaining weight trying to gain muscle um getting ready for a show whatever the goal is it doesn’t even have to be food if you are not consistent on a daily basis you’re not going to get results and I see it

Time and time again oh I did that this week and I got I made this meal and I made that meal and then I talked to him two three weeks later not even that long later how’s it going oh I just you know haven’t had time you haven’t been to the grocery

Store man and you wonder why you’re in that position I don’t mean to down nobody but let’s start with consistency let’s set a goal let’s be consistent it’s as easy as that sounds and it’s so easy to say but consistent on a daily basis is got to be the hardest thing for

Anybody so that’s a huge tip for me again it probably should be number one and it is number one but I put it as tip number five and that’s consistency I hope that you’re able to achieve all your goals and uh and only way to do

That and you know is to be consistent and it’s so easy to see what you’re doing on a daily basis and go man I know I need to to be more consistent I need to be more I need to go to the gym I probably should have my protein shake I

Should probably drink more water whatever I should probably do some cardio do it so just be consistent that’s that’s all I have to say that’s my biggest tip and and I am no exception from that as well I’m constantly and that’s why I use all these different

Tools with my fitness pal my bag and everything it’s all about being consistent in in your daily you know uh life you know whether uh when you get up in the morning when you go to do your cardio when you go to the the gym uh and
