Here are the ingredients and macros for the recipe. Directions can be found in the video! Ps all cakes bake at 350F but bake time can vary between 20-28 mins.

PROTEIN CARROT CAKE

Macros (whole cake): 494 cals, 47P, 36C, 14F

Ingredients for cake:
-20g @PEScienceOfficial vanilla protein powder (code FIT15 for $$ off)

-10g coconut flour

-2g nutmeg
-2g ginger
-3g baking powder
-65g nonfat Greek yogurt
-55g egg whites
-30g unsweetened applesauce
-40g grated carrot

Ingredients for frosting:
-15g @pescience vanilla protein powder
-15 @lakanto powdered sugar
-60g low fat cream cheese (softened)
-1 tbsp cold water
-5g chopped pecans
-shredded carrots for garnish

CHOCOLATE LAYER CAKE

Macros (entire cake):
412 calories, 51.5P, 41C, 4.5F

Ingredients for cake:
-15g chocolate protein powder (I used @PEScienceOfficial – discount code FIT15)
-15g all purpose flour
-7g coconut flour
-12g unsweetened cocoa powder
-5g fat free chocolate pudding mix (I used Jell-O brand)
-3g baking powder
-65g nonfat Greek yogurt
-55g egg whites
-30g unsweetened applesauce

Ingredients for frosting:
-20g chocolate protein powder (I used PEScience – discount code FIT15)
-25g powdered sugar substitute (I used Lakanto – discount code FIT15)
-8g unsweetened cocoa powder
-115g nonfat Greek yogurt
-2 tbsp cold water

PROTEIN BISCOFF CAKE

Macros (entire cake):
502 calories, 44.5g protein, 51.5g carbs, 11.5g fat

-30g unsweetened applesauce
-3ml vanilla extract

Frosting/topping:

Please make sure that the cake is fully cooled before frosting so this frosting it’s easier to mix you won’t need like the electric mixer or anything like that because it doesn’t involve cream cheese or anything so you should just like be able to mix it with a spoon I I know

It’s tempting to like lick all the frosting with the spoon but make sure not to do that cuz you need enough for the middle layer and the top layer of the cake and now you’re done this looks Delicious for this last cake this might seem like an odd choice to some people if you hadn’t heard of Biscoff before or if you’ve never tried it but if you’ve been on my channel long enough you know that I’m a huge fan Biscoff so yeah this cake is Biscoff

To not just like eat this with a spoon of course we’re going to make sure the cake is fully cool before frosting it and as you can see I’m not great at frosting like I’m no Betty Crocker but I simply just use like a spoon to spread
