हैं दो अंडे लेके इनको मैंने अच्छे से फेंट लिया है तवा मैंने गर्म होने के लिए रख लिया था अल्हम्दुलिल्लाह हमारा तवा जो है वो गर्म हो चुका है अब मैं कबाब फ्राई करने शुरू करूंगी बिस्मिल्लाह रहमान [संगीत] रहीम पहले एक साइड से फिर दूसरी साइड से
ऐसे थोड़ा सा इसको ऊपर से प्रेस करना है क्योंकि ये फ्रिज किए हुए कबाब थे तो इसलिए ये थोड़ी देर पक तो फिर इनका पानी जो है वो खत्म होगा एकको मैंने काट के साइड प कर दिया अब वो अच्छी तरह से पक जाएगा अब मैं दूसरे को
डालूंगी इसको भी मैं इसी तरह से पहले एक साइड से थोड़ा सा पका के अब दूसरी साइड से करूंगी और इसको भी मैं साइड प दी इसी तरह से मैं अपना तीसरा कबाब डाल लूंगी बिस्मिलाही इसको भी मैं फ्राई [संगीत] करूंगी अब इसकी हम साइड चेंज कर देंगे ता दोनों
तरफ से जो हैना इसकी बर्फ पिगल जाए और ये अच्छी तरह से पक जाए और अब हम अपना आख कबाब फ्राई करेंगे [संगीत] बमला [संगीत] इसको भी अी तर से हल्का हल्का सा प्रेस करना बहुत ज्यादा नहीं करना ऐसा ना हो आप ब ज्यादा इसको पस करें
तोय खराब भी हो जाए और इसकी साइड आपने चेंज करते रहना है ताकि यह जले ना दोनों तरफ से बराबर यू इसको प्रेस करते देखें इसमें से अभी कितना पानी निकल है यह भी इसी तरह से प्रेस [संगीत] करें ये भी ऐसे ही और इसको भी ऐसे ही
ये देखें ये जो हमारा कबाब है ये तैयार हो चुका है इसको मैं प्लेट में निकाल लूंगी इससे देखि कितना प्यारा लग रहा है इसी तरह से ये भी तैयार हो चुका है इसको भी मैं यूं निकाल लूंगी अब रह गए ये दोनों अब इन दोनों को भी मैं अच्छी तरह से ऐसे
पका लूंगी हल्का सा प्रेस करके बहुत ज्यादा नहीं [संगीत] करना यह भी मैंने निकाल लिया और य फ्लेम को मैंने कर दिया बंद यह देखि हमारे कबाब फ्राई हो चुके हैं अल्हम्दुलिल्लाह यहां प मैंने ले लिया सैंडविच मेकर सैंडविच बनाने के लिए अब एक एक कबाब को मैं ब्रेड के पीस प य
रखूंगी इसको हल्का सा प्रेस करूंगी ऐसे और इसके ऊपर मैं दूसरा पीस रख के तो यह मैं यहां प रख दूंगी इस तरह से इसी तरह मैं दूसरा ऐसे ही कर लूंगी बच्चे सैंडविच शोक से खाते हैं इसलिए इस तरह से मैं सैंडविच मेकर को बंद
कर द अब जब इसकी ग्रीन लाइट ऑन हो जाएगी तो फिर यह सैंडविच हमारे बन के तैयार हो जाएंगे पहले मैंने फोर स्लाइस रखे हैं बाकी फोर स्लास जो है यह मैं अगले चक्कर में रखूंगी अल्हम्दुलिल्लाह हमारे जो सैंडविच है वो बन के तैयार हो चुके हैं अब मैं इनको इसम निकाल
