Here’s what to feed your toddler for breakfast!

Why protein rich? Protein helps satisfy our little ones hunger and keep them satisfied while stabilising their mood swings.

1️⃣ We started our breakfast with carrot muffins (recipe shared in stories – it includes eggs, yogurt and oat flour). I have 5 different variations of the same recipe to keep it simple for me and add a variety for my toddler.

2️⃣ Then he ate a mashed mix of egg yolk, avocado and banana.

3️⃣ We finished the breakfast with a full fat yogurt (natural protein and fat source) and homemade marmalade (berries and chia seeds).

The above were paired with a full fat milk forcefield with vitamins and minerals for toddlers.

For a link to the muffin recipe, comment “muffin” and I will send you all the 5 variations that I feed my toddler.

I usually feed him while he plays with a toy or flips through a book in his chair.
