For this recipe, you will need:
– 2 cup Shinghada Aata
– 2 cup grated jaggery
– 1cup ghee
– A handful of chopped nuts
– A pinch of cardamom powder
– Desiccated coconut
– Singhare Aata / Flour)
– Coconut
– Dry dates powder
– Cardamom Powder

First, heat the ghee in a pan on medium heat. Once it melts, add the Shinghada Aata and roast it for a few minutes until it turns golden brown and gives off a nutty aroma.

Next, add the grated jaggery to the pan and mix it well with the roasted flour. Allow it to cook for a few minutes until the jaggery melts and incorporates into the mixture.

Turn off the heat and add the chopped nuts and cardamom powder. Mix everything together until well combined.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Then, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round ladoos. You can also roll the ladoos in desiccated coconut for an extra burst of flavor.
