How to make a healthy burger ?

Mix 300 gms whole wheat flour, salt, 2 tbsp oil, and 80 gm curd. Knead the dough and let it rest for 2 hours until it doubles in size. Roll it out, apply Pure Desi Cow ghee, and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Now, let’s elevate the flavors with our special Masala:

Heat 1 tbsp Saacoor Safflower oil.
Sauté 1 cup sliced onions, 1/4 cup red bell peppers, and 1/4 cup [ingredient].
