How to Make Grilled Chicken Recipe – Grilled Chicken Thighs – Easy Grilled Chicken – Chicken Tender

Grilled chicken on a grill tava (also known as a grill pan) can be a delicious and convenient way to cook chicken indoors, especially when you don’t have access to an outdoor grill. Here’s a simple recipe:

Serve: 3
Prep time: 20 minutes (marinate for 2 to 3 hours)
Cooking time: 25 to 30 minutes

Ingredients

500GM Boneless Chicken
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil
1 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions:

1. Season the Chicken with salt, Herbs (Oregano, Thyme, Basil), olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper powder, and ginger garlic paste. Refrigerate for 1 hr minimum or overnight for best result.
2. Preheat your grill tava over medium-high heat. It’s essential to preheat it to ensure proper cooking and to create those desirable grill marks.
3 Once the grill tava is hot, carefully place the chicken onto the pan. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan, as this can lead to uneven cooking. Leave some space between each piece of chicken.
4. Let the chicken cook without disturbing it for about 5-7 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken. You should start to see grill marks forming.
5. After 5-7 minutes, flip the chicken over using tongs and cook for another 5-7 minutes on the other side, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center. You can check for doneness by cutting into the thickest part of the chicken and ensuring that the juices run clear.
6. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the grill tava and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to be redistributed, ensuring juicy and flavorful chicken.

Serve your grilled chicken with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, salad, rice, or potatoes, and enjoy!
