Healthy snacks so we need to go to Whole Foods cuz I need to recipe test with You Okay so we have got from Whole Foods our no oil no salt added popcorn maple syrup just going to take a saucepan and heat up some maple Syrup Okay so as you can see the maple syrup is very bubbly and gooey it has this really caramelized this caramel consistency it smells amazing so I’m going to pour this over the popcorn It looks amazing am it smells amazing once it’s cooled down it is going to be delicious you could add chocolate chips to this you could add nuts or dried fruit or raisins but oh my goodness the caramelization if you could smell this you would die so this is the aftermath of the taste

Test healthy boyfriend has eaten nearly the entire tray before noon time cuz that’s how good it is so after testing the recipe I’ll write down the Bare Bones here and make some changes and you know what I did in the video when I was testing it

Out was I didn’t lay the popcorn on parchment paper beforehand I just drizzled the maple syrup into the bowl and then realized hm this would have been a lot easier if I laid the popcorn on parchment paper and then drizzled the caramelized maple syrup on top of that

So the next time I make this I’ll test it one more time before it goes into the cookbook um I’m going to try it out with these directions in these exact measurements because I eyeballed it the first time around which is usually what I do I’ll usually eyeball it and kind of

Houses today if you ever are looking for a weekend activity I know that many people’s default activity is let’s just go get food but go tour some open houses if you live somewhere you know we live in Boston so there’s a ton of open houses every weekend so let’s go step

Wellness it might seem a little bit funny that healthy Emy speak about myself in third person but from your perspective doesn’t have goals surrounding food or Fitness and this is because my goal with you and my goal with my clients is to make it so that food runs on autopilot in the background

Of your world you’ve got it covered when it comes to your relationship with food and your routine with food so that you can focus on all the other stuff so those goals that I’ve set out are all the other stuff all the other parts of life that include Wellness that aren’t

Just about food do you want to keep going in the same Circle every single year where weight loss is the goal or do you want to establish a routine with food that allows you to release the weight you keep it off and then you can start making goals outside of your

Relationship with food because you’ve got that covered for my hair I’m going to go get some professional advice I talked about at the beginning of the year how my goal by the end of this year is to absolutely be 100% confident in how I style this main I have a lot of

Hair I love having a lot of hair it’s it’s part of me part of my identity and I want to and I’m going to go to a salon this month and I also need to do this because this is my natural color this very ashy dark brunette and I was blonde

As you know from you know years past I was blonde for fun whatever but when I went back to brunette my hair now is starting to look a little bit reddish which just doesn’t match with my skin tone I this is the color that I meant to

Be I meant to be this dark ashy brunette and so I need to get that taken care of and make sure that the red doesn’t come through but what I also want to do is consult them and ask them listen for my face shape for my age for my hair color

Going to The Experts I very much value going to an expert I mean these people they know hair they talk about hair all day long so I could try to figure it out myself or I could get another set of eyes on this to help me out for my skin

I want to try out a new Tinted Moisturizer sunscreen for my makeup you know I’m doing a two for one here so those are going to be the same for my skin goals I am combining this with my makeup goals I used to have this really great Tinted

Moisturizer I loved it it had SPF in it but it was discontinued so I have to find a new one and I want to find one that is of course clean natural but radiant has a strong SPF and gives you that glow so that if you’re not wearing

Makeup you’re feeling good still for my mental goals I’ve been doing something that I’ve been loving and I’m I’m going to tell you about it my weekly brain dump review I have been loving this routine so I take this very Journal here and I always have this by my side and I

Always have markers by my side and whenever a thought comes up with something related to my business or one of my clients or my family relationship whatever I write it down so that it’s out never mind these guys just taking a bath it’s out and then at the end of the

Week I’m setting one hour on either Fridays or Saturdays where I go through all of my brain dumps from the week and I say okay what actually needs to get put on my calendar here what do I need to do what who do I need to talk to who

Do I need to email who do I need to call uh it’s a great way to if you have a you know a lot of people that watch my videos are very busy you’re pulled in a lot of directions it’s a great way to make sure that when a thought comes

Because the brain is meant to have thoughts not keep keep thoughts when a thought comes that you don’t lose it and that it gets directed to the area of your life that it needs to get directed to and actually gets implemented so I write it down here so that it’s out and

In this apartment in April and we have until the 20th of February to decide whether or not we’re going to renew this lease or we are going to move after going to open houses this weekend I loved having a house I used to be a

Homeowner I sold my house so that we can move in together and live in the city together my boyfriend and I will have been together this year will have been together for 5 years which is awesome and we know that we want to buy a house

But due to my boyfriend’s job it doesn’t really make sense for us to buy right this second but maybe this some point this year we’ll buy something if not definitely next year but our lease is up for Renewal and the price has gone up
