Hi guys happy Monday we are going to have one of these Premier proteins with the Stoke espresso brand cold bre which is my favorite it’s a little protein coffee to start off my day then for breakfast we’re going to have the blueberry protein loaf this is using

Office for over 8 hours so I like to bring quite a few snacks for my day these pure protein strawberry are like my favorite thing right now good morning let me got a little bit more light it’s dark in here I just tried this blueberry protein Loaf the

One that used making the rise protein and I have to say I don’t like the flavor as much as the devotion and it’s a little crumbly lot more crumbly and I put it in my air fryer for the same amount of time but this really kind of burnt up up a little

Bit yeah it’s just kind of crumbly and the flavor isn’t as good so I wanted the blueberry cuz I thought that would be a fun protein loaf because devotion doesn’t have any kind of like Fruity flavors that I’ve seen I’ll have to look again but this is definitely not as good

I got that protein powder off of Tik Tok on a super good sale cuz that’s the only reason why I bought it it was like it was like 50% off or something and it was the smaller like even though that was a huge gigantic tub that was

Actually the smaller of the tubs it was like 20 servings or something like that or 17 servings and it was like I want to say it was like 12 something 8 maybe 18 something and it was like free shipping cuz I had a free shipping coupon on Tik

Tok so I wasn’t out a lot of money for it that’s why I didn’t mind buying it I took a risk with the devotion but with this one I’m glad I didn’t didn’t take that risk because I don’t I will not repurchase this again I hopefully I’ll

Just use that protein powder I just don’t think it bakes up good so that’s the difference is some protein powders bake good and some don’t and definitely to in my opinion this rise one does not and I the thing is I saw on Tik Tok I

Have something on my my collar on Tik Tok there were people baking with this making protein loaves with this and they said it was great but I think they but on their thing it said eligible for commission so obviously they were um people that had a commission for you

Know for selling the rice protein I mean it’s edible I’ll eat these two loaves that I made I mean it’s not like they’re terrible they don’t taste bad they don’t taste as good and it’s not like I said the crumbly kind of is kind of not you know great but like I

Said they’re not inedible so um yeah just not my favorite but I’m sure it’ll make good smoothies um maybe sometime this week I’ll try it like in a smoothie or something although I don’t have any like almond milk or anything or cashew mil maybe I’ll do it next

Week and then she use like frozen blueberries cuz I don’t have any frozen blueberries either so look how cute this color is I actually this is what’s bad is that I buy things like on super clearance from Maurice’s and then I forget about them and this was in my

Impression okay so I want to um update you on a few things some messages I’ve gotten over to Instagram and um on the blueberry loaf so I thought I could eat it all then I get to my desk and I just could not finish it like I finished the half but I

Was like I could not go for the second half like it was I just it was not good and I honestly thought that you know as long as the protein powder was good well of course though I haven’t tried the protein powder anything else maybe the protein powder isn’t good

Maybe I won’t even like it in a smoothie but um I’m just not just I did not like it I could not eat the other half so I think I’m going to have to waste the other loaf because I just don’t think I’m going to like it so anyway yeah I

Don’t know um yeah just I just couldn’t eat it and I had somebody comment that they tried the protein loaf using their protein powder and they didn’t like it so I I guess I don’t know I guess you’re just going to have to try it I wouldn’t buy any like real expensive protein

Powder to try it cuz maybe some people just won’t like the loaf itself so I don’t know maybe try it with some protein powder that you already have to see what you think but honestly like I love the devotion one I really really do so far the three things the two things I

Guess I’ve made the loaf using the four different flavors which all four of them really liked I also which you guys will have already seen before this video I need to get that edited tonight which is like a weekend chatty productive Vlog that I did and I tried The Buttery blend

Making pizza crust and it turned out really good so I so far anything I’ve used the devotion for really like this like I said I just don’t know so we’ll try it in a smoothie and maybe I’ll try it this week because now I’m super curious if if it’ll work in a smoothie

Or not but I just now I’m wondering if it’s the protein powder itself I don’t know so I’m glad I didn’t spend a lot of money on that because I just I don’t think I’m going to like it and there haven’t been very many protein powders

That I don’t like some of them I just don’t like the aftertaste and this one is not I don’t know it’s I can’t really say it’s the aftertaste it’s just something about the taste and that texture of the roaf so I don’t know I couldn’t finish it so I’m only going to

Track half of it cuz that’s literally how much I ate was half so I’m going to dress my tracker and only eat the half um and just go from there so I did eat my egg bites and that half and then I ate a yogurt this morning I ate some

Carrot I’m really hungry today which takes me to the other thing I had a couple things so I had over on Instagram I had a lot of people asked me after I post last week’s video of my what eat and a week video if I was going low carb

Because because I had shared my macro like ratio I didn’t share how many carbs I had but I shared my ratio and I honestly did not even notice that my carbs were so low until I started looking at that video also and seeing the macronutrient ratio so I was like

Jeez every day like my carbs were like under 25% of my day every single day so I went and looked and not one day last week actually Sunday through Thursday cuz you didn’t see those days you only saw Monday through Wednesday I had no more than I think one day I made have

Had 103 total carbs I didn’t even look at my net carbs but I had like 103 total carbs but every other day was R around like 40 there was one day that was 43 up to like 68 was the other days and I did not do

That on purpose at all so I had a lot of people ask me and I’m like no but I have thought about it but also on that same vein I did not weigh last week cuz I I just I had quite the day on Friday and I

Is so good so in the video in my chatty productive Vlog video um I just tried it on its own so on its own the only way I can describe it is and you guys know I don’t drink many of the proteins on their own besides the strawberry milkshake one from pure

Protein on its own it just tastes like a really really good salted caramel drink like it’s so smooth even smoother than the quest salted caramel which you guys know is my favorite so even smoother than that like it is so drinkable like it is no aftertaste which is so weird

Because some Premier proteins have a really strong protein aftertaste and some of them don’t that’s the reason why you don’t see me purchase them very often because I kind of have a love hate you know Hit or Miss relationship with them cookies and cream love cookies and

Cream to me no aftertaste I mean there’s just it’s just like I said hit and miss um in my coffee though so I had it on Saturday in my coffee and no Saturday Sunday Sunday in my coffees that the first time I tried it in my coffee it

Tastes just like is it Kelloggs that makes that cereal the corn poop cereal so like the little orange I mean little yellow balls the Corn Pops I think it’s Kelloggs that’s exactly what it tastes like I swear it’s exactly what it tastes like and it just T it even tastes like

The milk that you have you know from that cereal it is so good so it’s so weird how in coffee it tastes completely different than out of coffee it is the weirdest thing you guys the weirdest thing so I think those are all the updates that I have for you guys um I’m

Going to go ahead and go get my lunch and I’m going to take it back to work I’m going to do the inos so I will actually just wait till I get to work and show cuz I want I want to heat it up but I don’t want to put the lettuce and

Make dinner so I’m going to do chicken fried cauliflower rice with wons I have just enough of these to use up it’s Tak me a long time to go through these which is nice I means it’s a good bargain it also means I need to go to

Costco so I should have went last weekend but anyway so I’m going to use some of these and then I’m going to take some cauliflower rice and this will probably be I’m going to make probably two servings I’ll see if I enough chicken for two servings but I may need to make

I may I may have enough um cuz that way I can have it another serving for lunch or dinner this week so I’m going to take cauliflower rice and I’m going to take some green beans and then I’ll top them with these mini wons and I’m going to use the stir fry

Sauce so I’ll do what that you usually do I’m just going to throw this into a skillet oh first I’m going to um microwave wave it till it’s thought out throw it in a skillet and let it you know get really dry like I always do

Before I add in the rest of the ingredients meanwhile I’ll go and put the chicken in the air fryer I think I’m going to put these in the air fryer and these I’ll just put in Frozen and just you know fall them out as I cook them so

We’ll do all that put those together but first I think I’m going to go ahead and do my workout and then I will make dinner let me show you the workout I’m going to do so I’m going to do this8 18 minute Cardio Abs from Burpee girls

Short workouts this is her newest video today I think that’s still considered strength training cuz it’s ABS so we’re going to do that if I feel up to it I’m going to do arms as you can see it is 6:30 because I honestly was talking myself out of doing my workout because I

Had just had such a had just not a great day at work today and I’m having really bad cramps which means probably going to start start start my cycle early because I thought I was only originally this weekend when I wasn’t feeling well um I thought okay I’m getting like the period

Flu and I’m going to you know cuz I thought oh it must be a week out I went and checked no I’m 13 days out so I am having really really bad cramps today I’ve been grumpy I’ve been irritable it was a really busy day I was having to

Deal with so many people and so many things and I was not doing it in a very patient grateful way good thing I didn’t have to see many people in person um actually I didn’t see anybody in person but like my direct co-workers um so it was all over email

So I was able to um suppress what I really wanted to say a few times um anyway it just wasn’t that great of a day and so I sat here from about 5:00 when I got home until now just feeling sorry for myself talking myself out of

Doing this workout and I thought you know what my husband’s not home he doesn’t get off work till 8:00 what am I doing just sitting here this is ridiculous I need to just suck it up and do it so I’m going to do this Cardio Abs

And then I may do like a 10-minute arm and then I’ll make dinner and then I’m still not eating dinner like super late um so anyway sometimes you just got to suck it up and get out of your head because that’s I was definitely in my

Head and like I said just feeling sorry for myself feeling my cramps and I can just I’m just going to try to defeat them and forget about the fact that my cycle wants to kill me so anyway we’re going to do this before get I better

Quit talking before it gets too late um so I’m going to go ahead and do this and um I will show you my dinner when it’s all done okay guys here is my dinner doesn’t it look super good so I have six of the wons 3 oz of chicken and I had

Enough to make another serving for um another day this week so I can na this for dinner or for lunch later in the week so here is my cauliflower chicken fried rice I’m going to end the night with some of this salt and vinegar love corn

Just a serving of that and an apple and I’ll probably have some tea while I’m reading my book so that’s going to end today I will see you guys tomorrow there’ll still be more in this video I did do my workout I did the 10-minute abs and I did the

18-minute oh no the 18-minute ABS in the 10 10minute arm so very proud of myself um I pushed through it had dinner now I’m going to have the snack sit down and read for a little bit and that’ll be my night um I was going to tell you

Something else but I oh I ended up with like I think 14422 calories I’ll pop it up here what I ended with so not quite the 1600 I think I’m just going to have to work my way up to it I think I need to do things like throw avocado on extra

Things you know like I could have thrown avoc on my inito today that would have been great um maybe throw some take some pomegranate Arrows with me and throw on my yogurt when I have that for a snack I mean I think I need to look for like added things to do like

That um I don’t know like I have pumpkin seeds I can throw those on my yogurt I just I need to think of little things like that but I want to keep it like healthy fats healthy carbs things like that that it can add to to beef up my

Calories so I know I’m going to be thinking about that so hopefully the rest of this week I can think about things like that and add more and I’m going to turn my attitude around because I just been you know you all know I mean

We just have those days so I’m going to make sure tomorrow I’m in a much better frame of mine but I am glad I did that workout and I forced myself to do it I don’t like working out I didn’t enjoy it but I’m glad I did it because it really

Did help me push through this mental thing I have going on today so anyhoo I will see you guys tomorrow Happy Tuesday here here is my breakfast for the morning we’re going to have some oatmeal with some pomegranate and some yogurt and then some apples to go in to that

Oatmeal and then for a snack I am bringing some cottage cheese that I am topping with some tomatoes and avocado and this is the cottage cheese I like and then I just put a little bit I put one point worth of avocado and some tomatoes on top this is just a/4 cup of

The cottage cheese and um that’s such a good snack and then of course my P pure protein and then the other half of my Apple that I did not put inside my opal good morning happy Tuesday I was just talking to myself well I’m always talking to myself I guess but my camera

Wasn’t rolling so good morning um as much as I hate to admit it because I mean only because you guys know how I feel about working out and I just have never been an exercise person and I don’t enjoy you know those people that say once you start doing it you’ll enjoy

It there was a time long probably long before YouTube and even at different various points of YouTube where I was working out actually working out going to the YMCA I I used to go and I would work out three to four times a week take exercise classes do

The gym and then even at home I was doing um the what is her name Jillian Michaels workouts you know and all of that stuff like the 30-day you know workout thing I used to have those DVDs and you know consistently I hated every

Minute of it but I did it and here’s the thing so yesterday doing you know I was in such a bad mood mainly just just very emotional I mean I guess you know I I have not got that video edited yet the the chatty video which I want to go up

Tomorrow so I have got to edit that tonight but but anyway I mentioned in that video we have you know just some stuff going on at work you know losing a coworker well she’s leaving she’s like she is resigning so you know just a lot

Of things going on and I it’s just that and then hormonal stuff I mean I just was in a really bad mood yesterday I was in a really bad mood I was kind of in a depressed mood and when I and I wasn’t going to do anything sat on that couch

Until 6:30 and then I decided I have got I I just cannot ignore the fact that I told myself I was going to try to do three times a week additional exercise besides my bike so got up did that 18-minute cardio AB did the 10minute arm

And it made me feel so much better and then this morning I even slept really good well besides my husband grinding his teeth I had to wake him up and he got up and slipped in his chair and his recliner he used to grind his teeth all

The time and he quit for a long time but I woke up about 11 130 and he was doing it and he did not stop until I finally woke him up at 1:30 but anyway um besides that though I slept I fell asleep good I slept good I woke up this

Morning feeling better and I know it was due to doing that exercise because I feel accomplished I feel like I did one of my goals so what I did was I put all those chopped apples and then I put in half of the pomegranates in here and the

So now I’m going to eat my yogurt it’s about 9:00 I had my oatmeal right when I got here at work today I was actually kind of hungry for once going to save the other half of my pomegranates for my yogurt also got my tea and my water for lunch today I’m

Going to have the KFC Bowl it was actually a KFC Bowl casserole which really did not save me much time than the regular KFC Bowl it was just all one layer versus you know having to layer it all so it actually you know I think if

It was a if you’re making a lot of these I just made two but I think if you’re making it for like the whole family then this actually does save a little bit of time but if you’re just meal prepping a couple like I did for myself it really
