🤗 🍰 OMG, you have to try this cake, it’s super low calorie, and kicks those sweet cravings to the curb:
RECIPE:

1 scoop of Devotion Salted Carmel Cone
(Devotion is my preferred protein, Discount: Clare10 the L🔗 is in my description🤗 on my oage.
1/4 cup of apple sauce
1 whole egg
0 calorie Carmel sauce.

Icing is optional:
1/2 scoop of Devotion Salted Carmel Cone.
A small amount of water. Mix together.

DIRECTIONS:
Spray oil a bowl.
Then mix it all together in that bowl.
Then put Carmel sauce in a swirl on top.
Microwave for 2 minutes but check it at 1 and 1/2 minutes.
It should come out of the bowl easily onto a plate.
Spread icing on top.
