I’m a homeschooling mom, so my days are busy! I try to feed my children healthy and balanced meals throughout the day. Today, we went off of the Menu a little, but that’s okay because our menus are created to be flexible.

Making mealtime enjoyable and involving your children in preparing and planning the food can foster a positive relationship with nutritious foods. We are here to lay the foundation for our children’s long-term health and well-being. You got this, mama!

Breakfast: Omletes with Bacon, Feta, and Vegetables, Oranges on the side🍊

Elevenses: Mix Nuts and Dried Apricots🥜

Lunch: Homemade Yogurt Bowls with Homemade Cereal and Berries🍓

Tea/Snack: Homemade Blueberry Lemon Muffins 🫐🍋

Dinner: Roasted Chicken Tenderloins with Mixed Vegetables and Rice 🥦🍗

Here’s my 11 children eight today this week  my children created the entire menu and the   grocery list here’s a little Glimpse at  day one breakfast was omelets with bacon   from grassway Organics fed cheese vegetables  and oranges on the side the kids are playing  

Outside for second breakfast so when they came  in we had 11 Seas which was mix nuts and dried   apricots they’ve been loving all the new Play-Doh  and Play-Doh kits they got for Valentine’s Day so  

We did that and then it was back outside for more  playing and then back in side for a very light   lunch the kids at homemade yogurt and homemade  cereal with berries next on the menu the kids   wanted homemade blueberry lemon muffins those  were so delicious then for dinner they decided
