✨CHEESE AND VEGETABLE OMELETTE✨

Cheese and Vegetable Omelette

Ingredients: –

1/2 a red bell pepper sliced
1/2 a green bell pepper sliced
1/2 a red onion chopped
1 large green chilli chopped
Handful of coriander chopped
3-4 spring onions chopped
3 eggs
125 grams of cheese grated
½ a teaspoon of salt (you can add extra to adjust taste)
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1/2 a lemon for garnish

Method of cooking: –

Chop and slice all of the vegetables and place in mixing a bowl
Add 3 eggs
Next, add all of the spices

Beat all of the ingredients together
Next, add a little butter to lace the frying pan

Turn the gas on to a medium flame
Add the mixture and let it cook on the bottom side

Once the base is cooked, turn the gas off and place the frying pan under the grill to cook the top layer

Once the top layer is cooked, sprinkle grated cheese on top and fold the omelette over

Finish by squeezing lemon juice on top

Serve with salad, lettuce or bread (entirely your choice)
