Hello my dear friends!
Rolled oats, pumpkin (or butternut squash), apples! Healthy cake with no flour! A very simple recipe for a delicious pumpkin and apple dessert! I use some grape syrup in the recipe, but if you want you can replace the syrup with another sweetener. Fragrant and sweet apples, along with pumpkin, add sweetness to the cake.

ingredients:
1 egg
2 cups of rolled oats
2 glasses of milk
70 ml of vegetable oil
250 g of peeled Pumpkin (or butternut squash)
2 medium sized apples
1 medium sized carrot (optional)
1 tbsp of sugar
A type of sweetener as desired
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp of vanilla sugar
1 tbsp of baking powder
40 g of walnuts
For decoration:
Some flax seeds
Some pumpkin seeds
