Ingredients:
1 ½ cup pitted dates (cut into small pieces)
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
⅓ cup coconut powder
⅓ cup flex seed meal
¼ tsp sea salt
½ cup roasted Walnuts (roughly chopped)
½ cup roasted Almond (roughly chopped)
½ cup roasted Cashews (roughly chopped)
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp pumpkin seeds

Namaste and welcome to mela’s Kitchen dates and nuts bar this healthy gluten-free energy bar is also vegan and sugar-free 1 and 1/2 cup pitted and chopped dates so here I have 1 and 1/2 cup of pitted dates and blend it 2 tbspoon of cocoa powder taded coconut

Flax seed powder salt now blend it together walnuts almonds cashew nuts blend it so mix is ready and as you see you can bind This Together very nicely make this into a ball so now I’m ready to roll so don’t roll it very thin roll it about 1/4 in thick to sprinkle 1

Teaspoon of ssmi seed and one teaspoon of pumpkin seeds now I’m ready to cut this into the bar dates and nuts bar is ready adding the seeds has given the beautiful look and added a nice crunch
