I will either add half a cup of plain Greek yogurt or half a cup of milk I use either the Joya or Fair life milk which is lower in Sugar higher in protein or I will literally add both
It just depends on what my day looks like and what my calories are looking like for that day so obviously I’ve adding the milk and the plain Greek yogurt it’s going to be a little bit higher
