Super healthy cheesecake WITHOUT BAKE! Recipe in 5 MINUTES, no oven, no sugar and no gluten!



Ingredients:
Dates and dried apricots – 80g
Oat flakes – 25g
Nuts – 20g
Cocoa – 5g

The curd layer:
Cottage cheese 2-9% – 250g
Milk – 150g
Agar-agar – 7g
Sweetener- 10g

Glaze:
Milk – 30g
Bitter chocolate – 15g

Preparation:
Dried apricots and dates are pre-soaked. Dried fruits, nuts, cocoa and flakes are crushed in a blender for the bottom layer.
We force the mold with cling film. Spread the mass out of the blender and evenly distribute it over the bottom of the mold.

Put the milk and agar-agar on the stove and cook after boiling for 1-2 minutes.
We punch the cottage cheese, sweetener and thickened milk with a blender. Put the curd layer in the mold.
We put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Mix all the ingredients for the glaze, put it on the stove and stir until the chocolate melts.
Pour over the cake and put it in the refrigerator for another 20 minutes.
