Is a handful of my green leafy vegetable kill or  any green leafy vegetable of your choice half a cucumber one orange sliced one apple any color apple of  your choice green red but I love this   one avocado sliced as well this is your  health in a bowl you see how colorful  

It is this signifies different kinds of  nutrients and lastly I add in the parley so this is it now for the dressing I add in  a pinch of black pepper like this is half a   teaspoon of black pepper you want to add in there  black pepper equally helps to boost metabolism and  

Help you burn your fat so fast a pinch of salt  so this is a pinch of salt tiny little pinch   of salt and you want to add in two teaspoons of  olive oil so measure two teaspoons of olive oil  

And add in your salad this is so healthy olive  oil or this healthy oil equally helps you know   it is good cholesterol to help you flush bad  cholesterol out of your system so this is it  

Last thing you want to add is your lemon juice  so this is the juice of half a lemon you want   to squeeze in the juice of half a lemon in your  salad and you are good this doesn’t only support
